The role of the church administration, and especially that of the president, is to provide general spiritual and administrative guidance for the functioning of the Euro-Africa Division offices and all of its subsidiary organizational units and institutions. The presidential leadership role also includes staff development and strategic planning. He prepares and presides over executive committee meetings, and he counsels the officers of unions, institutions and divisional departments.
