Individual organizational units of the church create and operate various institutions in order to realize specific roles and carry on specific activities to contribute to the overall mission of the church. These institution are working mainly in areas of education, health, publishing and media. Institutions are usually incorporated as separate legal entities according to the legal requirements of the given countries.
